Our customer service representatives are people just like you who want to do a good
job. They are customer oriented and use their extensive training to satisfy our customers'
needs for products and services. These are the people who handle the day to day procedures
of taking and tracking orders
and coordinating our customers' requirements.
Our customer service representatives are cross trained on many raw material lines and
specific customer requirements. We provide initial and ongoing training in job-specific
areas and quality improvement. At Ribelin, we encourage and support personal and
professional growth.
We know that it is our people who bring ideas to life, providing new and better products
and services to our customers. We know the customer has a choice when it comes to doing

Delivery:
For the most part, we operate our own fleet of trucks to serve metropolitan customers and
to ship goods between distribution centers.
Inventory Management:
An IBM AS-400 computer system helps us monitor order patterns, individual stock plans,
mortgaged inventory, special requirements and assist customers and suppliers with
inventory management. This program allows us to provide "just in time" delivery,
resulting in lower inventory costs for our customers.
Responsible
Distribution:
Ribelin is a member of the National Association of Chemical Distributors (NACD), whose
code of business practices sets standards on the products we handle. This includes
regulatory training, proper receipt of products, loading and unloading, material handling,
safety awareness, product stewardship and proper disposal.
Warehousing:
We have warehousing services at each of our distribution centers. That allows us to
provide personal attention not only to routine needs, but also to emergencies.
